Streamworks has created this policy to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. This privacy policy applies to both information received from our clients and to information collected from our websites, streamworksmn.com, iwmarketing.com, mailsourceinc.com and myfurnituremarketing.com.
Client Data:
Streamworks provides communication services, both paper and electronic, for our clients. Streamworks places the utmost importance on the privacy of our clients and their data. All data Streamworks receives is driven by client request and client project need and is used only in the manner specified by clients.
Streamworks does not, nor does Streamworks act as, a list compiler and does not collect any personal information for re-sell. Under no circumstances will Streamworks re-sell client data and Streamworks does not distribute client data to any third party unless specifically requested and authorized by the client.
Streamworks maintains a high level of security, both physical and electronic, for all client data and client material. Streamworks restricts access to client data and material to only employees with a job-related need as determined by Streamworks management staff.
After data processing is complete all personally identifiable client data is securely stored for a maximum period of 90 days, unless specified otherwise by our clients. Non personally identifiable data (such as fonts, templates, artwork) are kept for a maximum period of 2 years unless specified otherwise by our clients.
Streamworks offers secure transfer methods for all client data and encourages the use of secure file transfer methods.
Streamworks requests to receive personal information only as it relates to specific client project requirements and, based on client request, may update only the address information per approved United States Post Office systems and software.
